Dose anyone know when california needs to have a new balancing budget.Or in other word when is the 2002-2003 budgets ends??
 
From what I can learn by Googling, the fiscal year starts October 1 and the budget is supposed to be to the governor by June 15.
 
All that money in Hollywood and yet they still have a messed up budget 😕
