Who's for it?

Edit: I bet if that happened, the rest of the US would be in a lot of trouble.

We tried giving Canada Michigan but they didn't want the dump.

WTF?

Boroughs in LA? Not that I know of.
Or, even if there were, no one would call them Boroughs. They'd all be referred to as "LA"

I'm from Rancho Palos Verdes, a suburb about 20 miles due south of downtown LA. If I find someone farther than 10 miles away that has heard of it, chances are they grew up in the area.
No one knows the names of ANY smaller cities in LA unless they've driven through or seen it in movies. Kind of sad, actually.

Heh. It's "THE 'hood"

Cities that fall into the category are:
- Inglewood
- Compton
- East LA
- South-Central LA
- Anything with "park" in it
- Anything with "heights" in it
- Anything named after a president

Ghettos, folks, they are called ghettos and we have a plethora of them.
