Gov Brown took office in Jan. Talks w/Repubs broke down.
If no tax hikes, aka "all-cuts" budget:
-CA schools lose $5B- That could mean that class sizes would rise above 20 kids in the early grades and kindergarten would be restricted to those who are age 5
so parents dont have a tax payer paid babysitter for 3 or 4yr old johhny
this is entitlement -> so what if class sizes go above 20 or kindergarten age being 5? i didnt have that as a kid.

- tuition at the California State University's schools could rise 10%
Oh well. I dont goto those Uni's
- state employees two furlough days per month + 30% drop in state contributions to health care costs.
