Calibrate LCD TV with PC?

Hello. I just got an LCD TV this week and I was wondering if there was any way to use my laptop to calibrate the LCD TV as I have a Eye One Display 2 calibration tool. I ordered the Digital Video Essentials DVD, but I'd like to use the Eye One if at all possible. I have a Philips DVP642 DVD player and am waiting to get HD service from Cox, so no HD tuner yet. TIA.
