"Calibrate" an iPhone?

So we replaced screen on this dude's screen. But from where it recognized the screen being touched was a bit "off". Google doesn't seem to be showing me any useful information.
I double-checked made sure all connectors & such were properly in place & all that good stuff.
Google is saying there is absolutely no way to "calibrate" the touch screen. Although most I saw that were bringing up that issue stated it was happening like that after replacing the screen.

I doubt this will provide much more useful information than what I was able to come up with, but it's better than not attempting to provide a solution for the customer altogether.
