cali ppl, best to take 85N/101or 280N to get to SFO at night?

i have to go pick up some ppl soon, and was wondering which way ppl would think is faster. I rarely go to SF during the week and I acutally go south to work, so i'm not sure which one will be faster
 
85N/280N/380 will be less hassle any time of the day. 85N/101N is only good when you know there will be no traffic. heck, just getting onto 101 from 85 is a wait because of the construction. Wilt no traffic, 85/101 is faster.

alrite cool, i forgot about the contruction at the 101/85 interchange
