OP, for a problem like this you need to take d/dt for both sides of the equation. Remember to use the product rule on the left side.

Differentiate both sides of the equation:

V*dP/dt + P*dV/dt = 0

then dV/dt = -V/P*dP/dt = -(600/150)*20 = -80
