This heatsink is pissing me off. well in the install and uninstall of actually. I had been using alpha's for a while and their clips arent great but they are a lot better then this one. Even with a copper shim the clip requires an extremely dangerous amount of force to install and unistall. ive come quite close to hooping 2 tbirds cuz of it. Im dying to find out if there is a better way?? ive been using small flat heads and my poor thumb to install it for now. ive thought about needlenose, but even with that, the force on these clips is crazy. sure its on there secure, but your guarenteed to crush your chip unless you have a shim on there. Any help guys would be great! i just wanna get it on tehre safely heh.

I assume it uses the same clip as found on the FOP32-1 and FOP38? GlobalWin is infamous for their clip design. I used a screwdriver and my finger to attach/unattach the clip. I never broke a core, but I did get some nice bruises on my fingertip.
