My Dad grew up on those cage free eggs. Chickens even ate roaches back then. His parents as well.

If you aren't aware it's from the movies Alien & Aliens. They are facehugger eggs.

Iratus bugs wouldn't have much chance against something with concentrated acid for blood.

But the Iratus bugs fangs would melt off as soon as it tried to "eat" one.

Now the Wraith vs the Alien. I'd pay to see that. My money would be on the Alien.

I'm so sorry to hear about your grandparents. Being eaten by chickens must have been a horrible way to die.
