Caffeine/speed - Overclocking your brain?

Which affect on the brain would you say caffine and speed equate to in the computer realm?

1.Straight up overclocking
2. Frontside bus overclocking (Same clockspeeds)
3. Tightening system timings (CAS/RAS)

Step 1. Slowly back away from the computer
Step 2. Go outside
Step 3. Look up and admire the beauty of a light source that doesnt plug into your wall.

*edit* spelling

LOL 😀

Multiplier. I OC mine every time I have a serious exam where alcohol doesn't help.
I also use watercooling on myself daily, sometimes even during the day on my eyes.
I am aircooled when it's hot.

Thanks for the reality check!

Actually cafeine cuts down the blood flow to the brain, but increases blood flow to the heart hence your overclocking analogy poll is inherently flawed and does not compute. -Hal9000

Damn right.

SPEED, however, increases your alertness, and acts like faster ram timings

"HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS"

intriguing.

I don't necescescarily need a reality check, as i'm on my computer less than three hours a day. I was just studying about drugs in Bio class, though, and wondered how similar the brain is to a computer, and how consciousness altering drugs related to the 'Tweaks' the typical overclocker does to their systems.
