Because it takes a lot more effort to brew/get a cup of coffee than pop yet another pill.

I take between 1/2 and 1 pill in the am to get with the program .. no differance than when I used to drink coffee.

every drug affects people differently. I take about 600mg a day. My bp is just at normal most times and my pulse in the 60's while shopping.

I mix it with a bunch of other drugs that are supposed to kill you too....no problems at all for me.

What effect / usage are you looking for?

they are safe. caffine quickly goes from buzz to nausea+jitters when you pass a certan point. so don't go crazy using it.
