Cafepress shirt choices

Forgive me if this is common knowledge. I've never order from there. I was looking at shirts on cafepress and was wondering why you can't just order whatever image design you see on any shirt? If everything is done at cafepress why don't they just have the same large choice of all their shirts for any image? The images I wanted didn't have any shirts I wanted and vise versa.

cafe press prints the shirts. The shirt owners decide when, where, how to sell their shirt designs.

Why not just have all shirt choices available?

Do the shirt owners have the choice to add more types of shirts later to the same designs?

you have to think about it like each shirt onwer is a seperate store they can control every aspect of how their customers purchase their shirts. You can send a request to the store owner and it will likely be fulfilled.
