Caesar IV in september?

The Caesar IV website only says Summer 2006, so its not a definite release date. Still, I'm looking forward to the next installment in this series. A lot of fond gaming memories revolve around Caesar III. 🙂

So, this makes several games I need to buy this year, provided they release this year.

Caesar 4
Gothic 3
The Witcher
Galatic Civilizations 2 and its expansion

I think its 2007 for Spore, C&C3, and Supreme Commander, or they'd be on my list as well.

Seriously, Caesar IV's screenshots look really good. 🙂 I hope the military element is more streamlined than it was in Caesar 3 though.
 
Its a fairly short demo, only a single map with a specific set of goals to meet. I finished it the first time through in about 11 months, but that was with learning my way around the interface and such. Its fun, but its performance does leave a little to be desired. 15 fps on an X2 4200, 2GB RAM, and a 1900XT is fairly shoddy. To be fair, I did have detail settings cranked up a decent ways though.
