Is it really necessary to use progs like this on the newer oses (2k,xp) ???

ive been foolingaround with it but i cant notice anything diff.

anyone use this religiouly? and how much ram do u have? I have 512mb maybe thats why im not seein much diff?
 
NicColt is right you don`t need it with XP,it` s a good program for 98/ME, remember XP is very good at handling memory.
