Cabling with UTP, do each colored cables have different resistance ?

There are 4 pair twisted cable inside the UTP cable, should i crimp it in special order, or i can pick any color ?
ie. i take red for pin 1, red/white for pin2, green for pin3, green/white for pin 4 etc.

My friend told me that each color have a different resistance, is that correct ?

Resistance is the same.

Color scheme is important mainly to avoid mistakes.

Pairs have to be used correctly otherwise it will not work, or will be very noisy.
