Cabling my receiver and Audio Return Channel

I want to have my cable box and Blu-ray player go to the receiver, and from there to the TV. That part is straight forward.

I need help with the Audio Return Channel. I want to use this for the Netflix app on the TV only. How do I set it up so that audio from the TV is only used in this case?
