Does anyone manufacture a round cable for the Sound Blaster Platinum Audigy 2 ZS Sound card to replace the wide ribbon connector betweeen the card and the control panel?

No they don't. Just use colored electric tape and round it yourself. DO NOT use an regular round IDE cable. Because if you do it will not work right and you may even damage your system.
