My vote goes for charter communications since they have a monopoly in my area. My internet choices are ethier dial up or charter... no dsl or anything else so it sucks for me :-( I hope you can find a better internet company on your end and not get ****** over like me.
 
Cox in my area is horrid. Simply horrid and the bad taste left in my mouth will make me never, ever use a service by Cox again. Ever.

I use to work as tech support for Cox Communications a long time ago and it was funny how many people called in saying how bad Cox Communications was... LoL

The biggest joke at our job was "I work for Cox" LoL
