CABLE TV

comcast is too expensive its like $50...come on i can get high speed net for cheapier than that...i just need MTV, ESPN, the basic channels, Discovery...no movie channels or stuff...around $30 would be nice
 
also i might be able to get a DISH but i live in a neighborhood where your not allowed to get dishes or atleast have them visable so is it possible to put it on the ground in my backyard hidden by my fence ^ ^
