cable tv outages...(union city, ca)

man...it's been out for exactly an hour now...

comcast sucks...i've had several outages (the last one was overnight, more than 8 hours) for those of you that have cable how often do you get outages, if ever? only reason i'm keeping it over satellite is the price and we have 4 tv's connected.
 
Hrmm. Call and btich at the csr to get a tech sent to your block (not the house, they charge to send a tech to your house unless you btich and complain some more) to have the signal checked out. It may be a bad head-end amp. I get cable modem outages, but never TV outages. Is it like completely gone? or severly degraded images? Comcast has raised rates by about 30% on avg across their services since they took over Att.
