i have cox@home also and i have great dl speeds. i have some sites i transfer with often and this one site i constantly get around 400-600 kbps. upstream is pretty crappy though. i only get 60kbps going up. down from 120 a year ago🙁
 
I am getting between 600 and 900 after running the test numerous times. At the MSN meter I was off the charts (>T2).

I'm happy.
