Why does my computer reboot everytime my internet connection goes off for a quick sec. Or if the Ethernet cord is unplugges/plugged. It's really frusterating. Is they a way to solve this problem.

Maybe it's some kind of problem with your NIC. What're you using? You might try using a different one (borrow a friend's USB ethernet adapter if you can) and see if unplugging its ethernet cable makes your system reboot...
EDIT: If you have on-board LAN, or even if you don't, it could help to update your motherboard's BIOS.

Check your motherboards BIOS for a wake on LAN option(most nowadays have this option disabled) But check it anyways to be sure its disabled. Sometimes this causes funny little things like what your describing, to happen.

I had a problem with my USB DSL modem similar to your scenario. When I would unplug the USB modem, the computer would reboot in Win XP. It turned out being the drivers for the modem were outdated. I installed the new and it never did it again. Look for some newer drivers for your cable modem or the latest firmware.
