I just got one at Circuit city, you buy the modem for 199.99 and the startup kit for a penny and get a $125 rebate. They have Motorola and Toshiba.

This is in Knoxville, TN with Comcast@Home

Also there is no contract, I already had cable service.
Comcast charges $7 monthly fee for renting a modem from them so now all I have to pay is $32.99 instead of $39.99 per month. I know some people that still pay $20 for AOL or other POS provider and another $20 for a second phone line.
