saturday evening, supposedly sending in tech. . .no access to my email acoounts from that isp either, was able to check them via another account, now they can't suffering withdrawal. . . . . ..ackkkkkkkkkkkk can't nef from home!!!
 
My at @home internet was out from the 8th of january until yesterday...they sent in 3 different tech support guys, i had the modem changed twice....the third guy actually knew what he was doing....the problem? A noise reducer had been installed to our line, and guess what? @home doesn't like noise reducers!

btw, make sure you make them credit your account for your downtime

where on your line was it? we got the digital phone service about 3 months ago, had a few small outages since then, but this is the biggest, and now i can't remotly check my email accounts.... yes, it is @home, i've had great service from them, except when they decided to kill the upload speeds, (locally limited to 128k) so i lost a nice connection with a buddy that had all kinds of great stuff, now he doesn't run his server no more...




throat is better, one tonsil fealt like a golf ball all weekend, a golf ball that's been thru a lawn mower. better now

 
My @Home went out about a year ago for TWO OF THE LONGEST WEEKS OF MY MISERABLE EXISTENCE!!!! I was lucky, they weren't gonna send help for a MONTH!!! WTF?!? I came home and a it was working again. Farging bastages.

I LOVE the speed (up to 3500 kb/s combined DL) and other than that outage, it's been very reliable. But, jeez...
