Cable management

Hello. Looking for a cable management solution for desktops. About 60-70 desktops to do. Basically an under-the-desk component for keeping the cables looking neat and an on-the-desk component in order for a single, easy-to-access source of wires.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Not talking about in-case management.

In or out I like Cable Ties as they come in colrs but if you switch around a bunch then even a short Plastic runner covers nicely...
