Cable internet/TV down in some parts of LA?

I woke up at around 8 this morning to find my internet and my TV down. I tried resetting the modem/cable box but to no avail.

I had class at 9 so I didn't have time to call Adelphia and figured I'd take care of it when I got home.

However my friend who lives nearby called me and said his internet was down too..and that it was happening throughout Westwood (UCLA area) because of the fires or something.

I'm at campus now then getting my fix on and have no idea when it will be back on. Anyone else affected..and, reading this through another means?

Any ideas on when it could be back up?

We are experiencing outages in parts of Los angeles. Restoration of services is expected sometime next week.
