How are we supposed to know? The cable company offers many different packages, some bundled with cable tv, some that aren't.

yep, most places will give you cable internet w/o cable tv

however, most places also offer cable internet + digital cable service for a discount (compared to the price of getting them both)

Why not just call the damn cable company and find out? Or check out their website...

Yeah, you can get internet without any TV service, but they typically charge around $10 extra.

I had just cable internet from my cable company. I had DISH at the time but I split the cable modem line and hooked it to a TV and I had channels 2 - 31 and channels 52-60, or so.
