Please see picture.

Time Warner cable is coming tomorrow to install digital cable. I have an existing internet coaxial line coming into the home office, near the back of the apt. I need the cable guy to run it alone one side of the apt, BUT into different room. Can the cable guy make holes through each wall or would that be something I have to do before hand. Each hole will be where the brick wall meets the drywall wall, about 4 inches off of the ground(because of the baseboard).

Do you think it can be done easily, like 1-2-3. Or do i have to worry about hitting studs, electrical, etcc. I'm not to familiar about the joints where wall are. Ask any questions, i'll try my best to answer them.

Here are some more pics to get a better idea.

PLEASE IGNORE THE OLD LAN WIRING. It is damaged and cannot be used. We are going to be feeding the new wiring to a track because we cant pull out the baseboard.

This was taken in the home office by the homeoffice/living room wall. As you can see there is cable that already runs under the baseboard, but doesnt go through the wall until the right side of the outlet.

This is the other side of the previous picture, in the living room now. Note the outlet on the opposite side, exactly where the other is on the home office wall.

This pic on the other side of the living room, on the other side of the bedroom wall. Note the outlet. Same deal here with the old wiring.

Here is the final pic from inside the bedroom . Note the outlet again. Here there IS a hole where im guessing they just got too lazy to run it under the baseboard again.

The hole in the last picture is exactly what i want to do in the other walls. Except closer to the edge if possible.

I wouldn't worry about it much. Pretty much no house has electrical wiring that low to the ground, where the cable line would go through. Is your Internet through Time-Warner? He might just plop a splitter on the end of your existing living-room line and connect that to the cable modem.

Wait, I think i'm misreading the pic. Is the green line where you want the TV cable to run, or where your internet cable currently runs?

My cable guy came yesterday, and just drilled holes from outside in, and through an interior wall with no issue. There were even a couple of sockets near where he drilled the holes for the cable (about the same distance as yours look like they might be)
He brought his own drill and did all the necessary stuff.

I'm not really sure what you are asking. Are you saying he needs to run all of that green line? If so, I cannot imagine them doing it unless you are paying a hefty fee. In my experience (Comcast, DirecTV, SBC) cable guys will do as little as possible to get the house wired. I think that they would put the receiver on the roof in a plastic bag, if they could get away with it. :p

Everything worked out great. The guy even had a ac finder to check for electrical.

He pulled out the hilti and buzzed straight through. Once everything is setup. I'll get back with pics!

Thanks for the help!

Turns out the hole isnt big enough. Do they make like flex tubing to push through the wall , so i can feed wire between the walls? This was i wont have to worry about anything from inside the walls coming out? Sort of like a wall grommet/ tube? I was thinking of putting PVC pipe on either side for smoother pulls, but thought maybe tubing would be even better.
