Cable connection extremely slow!!!!!!

I have Insightbb and everything was fine before Labor Day weekend. Now, eversince then it has been extremely slow. I am talking like 300Kbps and someitmes as low as 100Kbps (bits not bytes). Everything is at its worst in the evenings and it gets somewhat better during the day. Does anyone think that Insight can do anything about this or am I screwed since my node is over-subscribed? All last year and even this summer I was getting at least 2Mbps down and now ever since Labor Day it has been horribly slow.

I've had insightbb for a little over a month now in Kentucky. My roomates and I got fed up with bellsouth DSL so we decided to switch. We average WELL over 1.5 Mbps, during one unusually fast time, we got an online speed test that told us we were getting 4 Mbps! Anyway, even at it's slowest times, I don't think we've ever been under about 800Kbps...so I'd say you are entitled to much faster speeds than you're getting...start calling, every day, until you're satisfied.
