Cabernet Sauvignon - what should i make? spicy, or not, chicken...

got a bottle of Mirassou Cabernet Savignon, 2001 vintage?

any ideas if i should make something spicy, or not spicy, involving chicken...

Big flavors, but not spicy.

Mirassou's cab has a bit of merlot in it, so it's not as spicy as a full cab can be. Nice year for CA reds though. :D

whatever i made, a bunch of spices + noodle + chicken was damn fvcking good, but ive had about 2 bottles of wine myself, so im trying for an amazing night right now, ill update sometime with how the night goes, it should be fun. lots of red wine, most of the mirassou, a Michigan red wine, that tasted like a mix, and now some shiraz, almost gone, and ill finish whatever else is left if i can get this 4 sum goin, itshould be amazing.

this is exactly how it tasted, 01 vintage, now, can i borrow your car (of my choice ;))

Steak or other red meat goes well with Cabernet Sauvignon.

Yeah, you need something that has a big flavor otherwise the the Cab Sauvignon will overpower the meal.
