Cab files showing up as zip files?

I burned a copy of a program from my HD onto a CD. When I put the CD into another computer to install it all the cab files are showing up as winzip files and setup does nothing. Strange thing is when I put it back in the computer I burned it in it works fine. In explorer the cab files are cab files and setup works fine. What am I doing wrong? TIA
