The tint? Maybe. The license plate? Doubtful if Florida only has back plates, which is how it is has been every time I visit.

Yea, we only get issued ONE plate. Nobody drives with a front plate around here.

If you have out of state plates, any half decent cop shouldn't give you a ticket in the first place. Even if you do get one, you'll never have to pay anything. Might have to make a few phone calls though.

they are ugly and almost useless. Isn't california one of the few states that have the front license plate law? Not surprising of course, I mean how many times do you need to see the front license plate.
its because of the photo camera that state require u to have it
damn those fastrackers that don't pay

Hey, if I have no front plate, and I run a redlight with a camera, can I still get a ticket?

Around here the cameras take a pic of the back of your car and through the windshield so they can see the lplate and the person who was driving. If you put down the sun visor you can push blame off on a family member! ;)

Ouch!!
Is just watching considered aiding or abetting, or would you have be a starter or something?

WTF? You can get a ticket for watching?

You're not aiding, participating, or betting.

i really don't understand the point of all the lights anyway

thing i hate the most is when people make their brake lights clear... it's like getting high beams to the ol' googlies at night, and during the day its just plaing annoying and distracting... htf am i supposed to know if i pull up behind someone like that if they are just moronic and have the car in reverse??

A lot of the illegal street racing is done not on the highways or freeways. It is done in secluded areas. They normally don't endanger anyone but themselves. If you saw The Fast and the Furious it's similar to that. They line two cars up, go down the road, done. They don't do it in broad daylight. Majority of them don't.

Four, dawg, four. Gotta have a fourth for the race. ;)

Themselves, bystanders, etc ... but in general the F&F movies are 90% Hollywood glitz and maybe 10% actual depiction.

Innate curiousity here - price/demerits/etc? Other effects? Since it's not a moving violation, what was it - a Parking Ticket on Steroids? :p

Lights attached to tire valves (24003, 25250 VC).

Why on earth would you want such things on your car?

To make your car your own....like changing a desktop background on your PC. I am very against these types of laws that restrict little things like that even though I don't have anything aftermarket on my car. I believe people should be allowed to style their cars they way they want. California just wanted more laws so they could pull over teens with tricked out cars for more money. They just want any reason at all to pull you over .... @*#@*

Nobody is going to get distracted by your desktop and crash into a tree, kid. Think before you make an idiot out of yourself.

hahahaha, you're one to talk. You'd have to be one incredibly incompetent driver to allow yourself to be so distracted by those tiny LED lights to cause an accident.

There is a certain degree of truth to what both of you are saying. Most drivers with good eyesight won't have a problem with LEDs and just ignore them. Older people or those with hindered sight might have a harder time seeing and/or understanding whats up with wierd lights on someone elses car.

Windsheild washer LED lights are fvcking annoying and I wish more cops would pull people over for them, make them pop their hood and rip those pieces of sh!t out. I can deal with crappy looking ricers, but LED nozzle lights and the like should simply be banned.

You'd have to be incredibly incompetent to think they look good on any car.

You know, ricers can make fun of computer case mods... if they cared.

Don't be hatin'. To each their own.
It was already determined in another thread that case mods != rice.

That sounds interesting, which thread might that be?
It was a loonnnggg time ago.

I thought most of that stuff was illegal in every state, like the blue/red light laws....

let me sum it up here ...
The difference is, riceboy fartcan/stickers/wing makes the car look fast or look like something it's not. The computer equivalent would be slapping "AMD Athlon XP" stickers on your Celeron-powered Compaq, and a big nVidia decal on the side of a case with Intel Extreme Graphics.

when you have lots of little ricers trying to be bad, it usually equates to more trouble. It's not the sticks folks, its a large state filled with lots of little punks trying to be bad.
