former employees from Duke energy were sworn in at the state capitol and have confirmed that energy co's manipulated business to raise the price of energy so as to make even higher profits.... employess testified that plants were ordered to shut down to create an artifical crisis thereby increasing the spot prices to Ca... also employees were ordered to "throw out" repair parts that could have been used to bring "online" other energy producing plants... more manipulation... the employees also described the manager's great joy in the increase of profits that the energy producers have experienced
