I am putting together a E6300 system, main thing I am having a problem deciding on is the ram to use.

Changing up the timings what should I expect?

I am also looking at some C3 667.

forget it.. C3 667 will be very expensive.. I'm looking at C4 667 AND making sure it's 1.8/1.9v

All the test i've seen show that memory timings and speed don't really make a world of difference. it's all about your CPU and GPU..

C3 667 should be found under $200 for 2GB set (1GB x 2)?
