Just an FYI (sorry for the language above-mods)
If you use a NON-citibank Visa for your c2it "Send Money" transactions that are supposedly free from Citibank, Watch out! Your Visa card WILL bill you as a Cash advance, charge you $5 for any size transaction, then a ridiculous 28% APR or something on that effective immediately!!
If you want to call your bank to confirm, ask them if Transaction code MCC4829 will be billed as a Cash advance.

I've just closed out my c2it account, and the Visa Card I was using, since they reamed me for about 10% of the amount that I sent!!
