C2it is not as good because they consider your transaction cash advances, which means you'll have to pay finance charges on it the moment you transfer cash.
So it's only good if you're a Citibank card holder.

Other than that, I guess it's not as good because it's not as widely accepted as paypal.

But they're 100% legit, and I've used it a few times w/no problems (I'm have a Citi card)
