C2it application declined..

Anyone tried to enroll for C2it by Citibank and had your application declined? I was trying to signup so I can use it to pay someone over at FS/FT forum for an item I wanted to buy. He wants to be paid by C2it, that's the only reason I even want to signup for it. Anyone else has this happened to them?

they have THE crappiest system -- slow, sluggish, illogical among other things. I think there's an 800 number you can call -- look at the website

Well, as far as using C2it.. I already gave that up. I live about 45 minutes drive from the person selling the item.. so I am going to just see to it he gets his money in person and pick up the item. I am just amazed that they even have that message as part of their system.
