C2D E6300 - Reboot Issue?

Hello,

I'm not even sure how to go about researching this issue. I've run perfmon on auto with a 2 second update timeframe against the Processor, but I'm not sure how to read it. Beyond that I'm at a loss on what programs to use for stress testing my CPU. Or maybe there is a known issue with C2D's?

Issue: I'm dual boxing accounts in Lineage2. I open one account, log in, and select the character to play. Then after that character loads, I open another session of L2, and click the start button on the patcher interface. At this point, the window "frame" stays but the "window" portion turns all black. I move my mouse a little and it stutter steps. Then I see my entire screen go black, and then for a half second or so I see a blue screen with silver or white writing flash by and then my computer goes through a hard reboot. It then takes minutes longer to restart, keeping me in the MB loading portion of my bootup. Finally after 2-5 minutes windows xp loads.

If I do the same thing again, with Perfmon running in the background, I am unable to force it to cause the reboot. It's almost like it's caching information while loading the first time, hits a snag, and then reboots. But the next time I try to bring two sessions up it runs perfectly.

Question: Are there any known issues with the C2D's at this time. If you need more system info please let me know. Or if you are aware of any good system stress testers that have logging functionality, I'd appreciate that too.

Final Info: Information from Aida32 shows what I would consider normal results. My Aquamark3D tests run great and give the best scores I've ever seen (on my own computers) with no crashing issues.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
