C1E,C3,C6/7 problems

Hey guys,

Just got a Z87X-UD3H and a 4770k and I am having a lot of problems with C1E,C3,C6/7.

EIST is working fine, but having any of the above enabled causes random BSODs (1e,3b,d1,0a,50,24,19) the windows desktop manager to crash, and rarely the video driver.
If the options are all disabled my system operates perfectly.

Everything is currently at stock. Any ideas?

Current Hardware:
4770k @ stock
Z87x-UD3H - 6h bios
16GB (4x4) G-SKILL Ripjaws @1600MHZ 9-9-9-24 1.5 V
EVGA GTX780
Corsair 1000HX
256GB Samsung 840 PRO
128 GB Crucial C300
279GB 2x Raptors in Raid 0
500 GB WD Caviar
Soundblaster X-Fi Titanium HD

*Update*
Gigabyte answered my ticket claiming that my psu isn't compatible. Corsair claims it is. AFAIK the psu incompatibility sounded like a totally different issue.

To prevent idle or Random BSODs. you have to set the C States in a particular way.

If you are using offset mode for voltage, you must disable the C3 and C6 report.

If you are using Manual voltage then you must either run them on auto or enable them.

I'm not using any kind of offset voltage or anything. It is all set to 0.

I set all my voltages to normal and turned the C states all on. So far it hasn't crashed.

However, I just noticed my cpu is throttling when I run prime. It drops the multiplier to 28 for some reason.

Is it throttling because of heat? There utilities that will show you the temps.
