C++ runtime error in Outlook XP

Everytime I open Outlook XP (Office XP Pro, SP3) I get a C++ Runtime Error. It forces me to shutdown Outlook and if I immediately reopen it, the program start fine with no problems. Any suggestions? I have ran the "Detect and Repair" utility but it didn't fix it.

Most likely it's some installed Outlook extension. Try turning them off and enable them one by one until the problem returns...
