To count the values should be something like:

for (int k = 0; k < s.Length; k++)
{
digitCount += Char.IsDigit(s[k])?1:0;
upperCount += Char.IsUpper(s[k])?1:0;
lowerCount += Char.IsLower(s[k])?1:0;
}
