Anybody remember that one?

Oh man . . . I THINK I remember that.

Is that the same one where it was like after WW3, there were these robots sort of roaming the desert wasteland trying to find the humans who survived the war in some sort of special place? There were two different teams of robots. It was NOT Transformers, but there was a Marvel comic tie-in, as well as a toy tie in. One of the robots I had was I think a dinosaur, and another was a little car robot with two big wheels on the back. All of the toys had some sort of motorized function; you'd pull the car back and it'd go, and the T-rex looking dinosaur had a little thing so you could crank it up and he'd start walking. They had cockpits, and I THINK they came with these little die-cast silver dudes to put into the cockpits, the basic premise was that the robots were looking for humans to pilot them. Argh, I wish I could remember what this was.

I'm guessing it's Spiral Zone.

I watched COPS all the time! I think it was on for just a year or two though. Didn't they call the leader guy B.P.? Bulletproof Vest I think. . . I was a big fan of MASK as well. I had the flying camaro AND Boulder Hill (the base). Yeah, I was pretty cool. The other cartoon that I loved was Starblazers. Now that was a good cartoon! I can still sing most of the theme song. Sad, but true.

Anyone remember one about some little cute monster that was blue? Totally forget what the name was.

There was also Dino the Last Dinosaur, Pound Puppies, Duck Tales, Talespin (or were some of these early 90s)?

Didn't it have some really cool helicopter? That was my favorite part. I think that the dog was a robo dog.

Sounds a little like ROBOTIX

Does anyone remember a toy set of Dinosaurs where the humans put a "brace" around their head to control them. The humans then added all kinds of weapons and rode them. This may have been a show also, can't remember.

Spiral Zone... that sounds pretty cool actually. Too bad the run of the show was so short. (September to December) 65 episodes is nothing to scoff at though. Anyway, I just wanted to point out that episode 61 is listed as "Little Darlings" which is the name of a great strip club in Vegas. I wonder if the producers had ever been....

All I know is I had all the toys from MASK, majority of the toys from HeMan, and majority of the toys from Transformers. If I only I kept them in good condition like a normal adult does, I could be making a lot of LOOT off of them right now.

The early Transformers were partially die-cast. I kept those. The cheap plastic ones managed to find the garbage over the years though.
