C: Formatted in a Dual Boot System

After recieving my new raptor I installed windows xp on a partition of half the drive then installed Vista 5308 on the other. Then after moving all of my vital documents I formatted the C: drive using partition magic. Computer restarted and stapped after listing IRQ's saying that it needs a bootable disk.

Two questions:
1. How do I get XP to boot?
2. How should I have gone about getting my windows install onto the raptor?

A couple of things I have tried which are probably wrong: I tried going into the recovery console on the XP install disk, no luck, bootcfg couldnt find any windows installs.

Thanks

Check your boot order in the BIOS. Looks like it's not trying to boot from the SATA drive, also, do you have any IDE hard drives connected?

I have changed the boot order already, I have also disabled the IDE channel that the C: drive was on.

Windows wont let me do a repair install without a copy of a previous version of windows, eventhough it is a full educational edition. If I have to I can re-install windows, I'll just have to find a disk.

here is the exact message I get when I try to boot:
after the irq table shows:
Boot from cd:
Boot from cd:
Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter:

Problem "Solved", After about 4 installs of XP I finally got one to stick, It would not let me install onto the Raptor successfully untill it was the only partition.
