C:\ drive stuck on read only, need help.

My computer's C;\ drive is stuck on read only, and I can't chage it back. No matter hoe many times I reset it, it's stuck on read only.

I have Windows XP, yes. Thanks.

Nevermind, I had to do two restarts for some reason... And now it works fine.

My computer lacks reason sometimes.

read only? ntfs

if it is ntfs, maybe because of security attribute
