hi , i was attemting to remove the the Firefox profile , so i could reinstall it, cause firefox has been losing its connections on me, and I opened Windows explorer, went to "folder options", clicked "view tab", I made sure "show hidden files " was selected, then when i went to try to locate Documents and settings, the folder icon wasnt there! Can anyone help me here? Now i cannot remove profile. does it have something to do with that i am using the " Registry Mechanic" service? Thanks!
