c&c renegade and radeon problems??

is this true? is their really a known problem between the game and radeons?? im asking this because i read something about this somewhere else.

I dunno if it is true
but I can't run it with my Radeon 7200
It crashes during the loading screen

I have a radeon le overclocked at 210/210 (it's a tweaked version of radeon le available overseas w/ faster memory & cooling gears). I don't have any problems running c&c other than a mediocre performance (no where near hitting the three-digit frame rates).
