It'll probably be simultaneously extremely fun to play, and extremely frustrating because you can't get it to run without crashing.

I swear, the first time I get a mismatch in C&C3 I'm going to particle cannon EA's headquarters.

Oh damn! Thanks for the link! I never knew they had another trailer!

But yeah, please like buck said, please link better next time. (Like link it to the direct download link)

If you guys don't want to download it, you can watch it here at GameSpot!

I think you might have to be a registered member to watch it. I don't recall. I apologize if its a bad link for some of you guys.

Learn to link you n00b.

learn to click, noob.
works fine for me.

Fileplanet or any other site that requires a subscription is not an acceptable link. How many people have to tell you that for you to understand?

you know what? screw you. if i don't post a link i get bitched at. if i do post a link, i get bitched at. can't win, so go fvck yourself and look it up on google you fvcking lazy ass douchebag.

Totally!

Now back to the far more interesting topic of C&C3! Its looking killer! and since its based on a heavily modified version of generals, i forsee no stability problems. Generals was as stable as red alert 2/tib sun was before it. Not rock solid, but stable enough. This is gonna be a reeeeal nice game!

Now the most important question is whether or not this game will go back to FMV with real actors like the good old days!

Yeah, itll fail otherwise, we want Joseph Kucan, they better have him as kane, or else!!! We want some real actors like they had in tib sun, that guy from aliens was in it, michael biehn, and in red alert 2 they had ray wise, hes been in a few movies. Same with kari wurher as agent tanya.

Ahh yes...Westwood. That name brings back memories...

A long time ago, I thought the videos before each mission was sort of stupid, especially in Tiberian Sun. But now that I've looked back, I think its a very great way to enhance story-telling. Although Westwood is no more, I'm glad that a lot of their members went to Petroglyph rather than no where.

Westwood did good making the missions and story. EA did a good job in basing it on a new and improved graphical interface and keeping the gameplay on a more modern day and realistic battle map (while pretty much destroying everything Westwood did good with the game).

Now only if EA learned it's lesson. I hope they incorporate more story line and a sense of a non-linear approach to every mission. I miss the battle maps of west wood where you could see the progression of controlled areas at the end of each mission.

And for the love of god 5 to 6 missions is simply not enough for each faction. By the time you got into it the game was over. Varity and numbers is a must.

The single worst part of CnC:Generals Zero Hour was the fatal...

MISMATCH DETECTED ERROR

..where the game would lose sync and suddenly this message would pop up on everyone's screen, immediately ending the game and exiting.

To say the least, its frustrating playing a game for a good hour only to have it mismatch and end abruptly. And the worst part is, if you have 4+ human players, you pretty much are GUARANTEED to get a mismatch error.

Who the hell can forget that, getting Zero Hour to work between you and 2+ friends is next to impossible.

And the worst thing is that after 4 patches this is still an unsolved problem. I hate EA because they release buggy games, make a quick buck, and quickly abandon them.
