Bypassing the Microphone on CCFL Controller?

Hey guys; I have a Vantec Nexus NX-301 Fan & Light Controller. I am wondering if there's a way to bypass the microphone/control knob circuit so the light just remains "On" all the time?

Have you tried turning the knob that controls the lights all the way to the right?
