Actually, it's a modified version...a one of a kind that came with 2 processor units, and a whopping 4 MB of super duper fast EDO DRAM (we were amazed by its speed). Plays all the latest games, too, but only in 16 bit color and at 640 x 480 screen resolution. Original cost was close to $200, but we're willing to give it away to anyone looking for that magical 30 fps in GL Quake. We had to put the other one we had to death, as it just couldn't handle the current competition:

i have had almost every 3dfx card now. I've had a 12mb stb blackmagic, a couple 8mb diamond monster 3ds that i just got in trades, 2 v3 3000s, 2 monster 3d 1s, and a guillemot banshee, and a v5 5500 and my current v4 4500. And the only ones i still have are one of the monster3ds, a v3 2000 i let my cousin borrow indefinitely and the v4 4500. They were all such great cards but that monster3d was the best one ever, quake2 was oh so nice!

Um ..... Mikelou26. You are taking way too much pleasure in this. It seems kinda unhealthy and mean spirited to me.

Also, not to start trouble but 2 days ago you said you had an ULTRA, and it was listed in your specs. After that you had a post asking what the difference was between GTS/PRO/ULTRA. After that you had a post asking people what you should buy, ULTRA or RADEON. Then you had a post saying that your ULTRA got destroyed in a flood. Then right after the flood supposedly ruined your card, you were complaining that DX8 dropped your framerates by 50FPS on that same card. And now you have a GTS listed in your specs, and your profile/image has also changed.

Man, I'm not trying to embarrass you, but something is definately not right here, and I didn't have to go looking for it. It's obvious to anybody that has been around here for the last week.

You are an odd little person, and perhaps you should not be making fun of other cards and other companies untill you get your own story straight. Just some friendly advice, since some other people might not be so easy on you next time. No hard feelings, and no disrespect intended.
