Is that all you got on the memory? When I set mine at 800mhz exactly it started getting artifacts on the first second of the game, but at like 790 my card ran fine with ramsinks but then started to slowly get artifacts due to I guess low voltage. The ramsinks were barely even warm at those speeds so I think a voltage mode could give some good potential to this card. As for the vga silencer I think it sux, it barely pushes any air and IMO is only slightly better than the stock HSF.
